Behavior
Solitary hunters. Territorial. Nocturnal.
Breeding & Care of Young
Mating season December through January. Females in the wild will only produce litters every 3-4 years. 2-6 cubs in a litter. Cubs stay with the tigress for 3 years. Gestation 100-108 days. Sexual maturity 4-5 years for males and 3-4 years for females.
