The following are free programs
available year round.
Once Upon a Beast Storytime
Visit the Salina Public Library the first and third Friday of every month (pending a holiday) for a free storytime. They include animal artifacts, activities and a special story reading by Rolling Hills staff and volunteers.
Thanks to Chili's Grill & Bar, you can go home with a free children's book given away at each storytime. One lucky winner will be drawn on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month during Once Upon a Beast Storytime.
New Species of Book Club
Children 12 and under have the chance to earn free food from Chili's Grill & Bar and free passes to the zoo just by reading lots of great animal themed books.
Pick up a book club postcard at Chili's Grill & Bar in Salina, Salina Public Library, or Rolling Hills Wildlife Adventure. Read 10 animal themed books, fill out the postcard, then mail it to RHWA for your free rewards.
An easy and fun way to get one book written down on the postcard is to attend Once Upon a Beast Storytime at the Salina Public Library.
